A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Due to the time and resources involved in planning, shooting, and editing, all payments are non-refundable once your session is complete.

• Cancellation: If you cancel at least 14 days before your session, your deposit can be applied to a new date. Cancellations made within 1 day of the session or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.

• Rescheduling: A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required to reschedule. The rescheduled session must take place within the same calendar year.

• Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, your session time may be shortened, or the session may be canceled with a rescheduling fee applied.

Yes, please arrive dressed in your first outfit with hair and makeup completed beforehand unless otherwise arranged. Time spent getting dressed or making final preparations during your session will count toward your scheduled time, so we recommend being fully ready to maximize your shoot.

Only clients being photographed are allowed in the studio. Minors may be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Additional guests must be approved in advance to avoid disruptions.

Late arrivals will have their session time reduced accordingly. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be canceled, and rescheduling fees will apply.

To ensure a smooth session, please silence all devices, keep conversations to a minimum, and avoid interfering with the photographer during the shoot.

• Proofs: Within 24-48 hours (Monday-Thursday) of your session, I’ll send you a proof gallery with watermarked images. For shoots, Friday-Sun proofs will be delivered the following Monday. These are unedited images for you to review and select your favorites.

• Selection: After reviewing your proofs, you’ll choose the images you’d like to have professionally edited. If you wish to purchase additional images, you can do so at this time. The faster you finalize your selections, the quicker I can begin editing. Once you submit your selections I will begin editing.

• Editing: Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll start editing. The editing process usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on how many images you choose and the complexity of edits. My standard edits include skin retouching, clothing cleanup, background enhancements, and lighting adjustments. While I aim to polish each photo professionally, I do not alter body features or facial expressions.

• Final Images: After editing is complete, I’ll send you a link to download your high-resolution final images via an online gallery. You’ll be able to download them in various sizes for personal or social media use.

Please note: Once your final selections are submitted, all unselected RAW files will be permanently deleted. Only your chosen images will be retained and edited. Be sure to make your selections carefully, as unchosen images will no longer be available afterward.

Yes, additional images are available for $10 per image.

No, I do not provide unedited images or access to the raw gallery.

Edited images are archived for up to 1 year. A $50 fee applies for retrieving galleries after 45 days.

Any issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving your gallery. Revisions will be completed within 3-5 days. Final images cannot be altered or edited by the client after delivery.

In cases of injury, illness, or equipment failure, all retainers and fees will be refunded. No further liability will be assumed.
