Artistic Style & Satisfaction
Photography is a subjective art form and editing styles may vary. By booking services, Client acknowledges familiarity with Photographer’s portfolio and agrees that images will be delivered in a style consistent with Photographer’s body of work.
Dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences, poses, expressions, or creative direction shall not constitute grounds for refund or refusal of payment.
Image Delivery
Turnaround times may vary depending on the type and scope of photography services provided.
For portrait, family, graduation, and branding sessions, Client will receive a proof gallery from which final image selections must be made for editing. Editing turnaround times begin once final selections have been submitted by the Client.
For event coverage, corporate headshots, and high-volume sessions, Photographer will select the final edited images at their discretion. Delivery timelines for these sessions may vary based on the number of individuals photographed, variations captured, and total images included in the final gallery.
Unedited or RAW image files are not provided under any circumstance.
Additional edited images may be available for purchase.
Failure to submit image selections or communicate preferences within thirty (30) days of gallery delivery may delay editing timelines.
Image Usage
Final edited images may not be altered, filtered, or edited by the client.
Photographer retains copyright to all images and reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.
Permissions regarding behind-the-scenes content and portfolio usage may be confirmed within the session intake form at the time of booking.
Studio & Session Guidelines
Only individuals being photographed are permitted inside the studio unless otherwise approved in advance.
Clients are expected to arrive fully prepared for their session including wardrobe, hair, and makeup unless styling services have been arranged separately.
Clients should arrive dressed in their first outfit to ensure the session begins on time and to maximize available shooting time.
Time spent changing outfits during the session is included within the total session duration. The Photographer is not responsible for session time lost due to wardrobe changes, late arrivals, or lack of preparedness.
Archiving
Edited images will be archived for up to one (1) year.
Requests to retrieve expired galleries beyond forty-five (45) days may be subject to an archival retrieval fee.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Photographer to resolve any concerns.
Initiating a chargeback after services have been rendered constitutes a breach of this Agreement. In the event of a chargeback, Photographer reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balances, including reasonable administrative or legal fees where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
If Photographer is unable to perform services due to illness, injury, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond control, all retainers and fees will be refunded with no further liability.
